Your Tasks

From A to Z: As a receivables management clerk, you work independently in the collection department after appropriate training and help to answer a wide variety of questions clearly and comprehensibly.

  • How to communicate by telephone and in writing with clients, their payment-accept customers and other parties to the proceedings (lawyers, insolvency administrators, etc.)
  • You process a wide variety of objections independently and finally, agree on instalment payments and settlements
  • You are also responsible for assigning entries to corresponding topics, areas of law and priorities
  • And finally, you document all the necessary information, record call notes and maintain master data

Your know-how

  • Completed commercial vocational training or comparable qualification with appropriate practical knowledge (e.g. B. Experience as a lawyer or notary assistant)
  • Good linguistic expression, fluent in German
  • Communication skills and assertiveness
  • Initial experience in the field of receivables management is an advantage
  • MS Office and general computer skills
