Your tasks

As a lawyer, you work independently in the collection department after appropriate familiarisation and help to answer a wide variety of legal questions clearly and comprehensibly.

How to check civil law issues related to debt collection activities
You communicate by telephone and in writing with clients, debtors and other parties to the proceedings (lawyers, insolvency administrators, etc.)
Quickly familiarize yourself with the supervision of large mandates
And finally, you are available to the colleagues in an advisory and supportive manner with your expertise

Your know-how

Completed studies in law (ideally both state examinations) or comparable qualification with appropriate training and further education or Professional experience (e.g. B. many years of experience as a lawyer or notary assistant)
Knowledge and practical experience in the field of debt collection is an advantage
Independent, reliable and structured way of working
Negotiation security and skills, even in difficult situations
Willingness to familiarise yourself with new legal topics independently
