Your tasks

  • Procurement and analysis of market information
  • Systematic acquisition of potential customers
  • Observation and analysis of the market and competitors
  • Elicitation and verification of contact persons of potential leads
  • Scheduling and preparation of customer meetings
  • Participation in the preparation of calculations, presentations and offers (in close cooperation with product development/planning/technology)
  • Master data maintenance and execution of project work
  • Planning and joint participation in trade fairs and industry events
  • Preparation of internal evaluations and statistics
  • Supporting the back office team in customer care

Our requirements

  • Structured, independent and sales-oriented action

  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Fun on the phone
  • Reliability
  • Experience in acquisition telephony
  • Initial experience in customer service
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package
  • Good knowledge of English is an advantage
