Your tasks

As a clerk in telephone receivables management, you will support our contact centre in clarifying receivables matters in telephone collection.

  • Your area of responsibility includes telephone contact with clients, their payment-off customers and other parties to the proceedings (lawyers, insolvency administrators, etc.)
  • You collect and maintain master data and write call notes
  • Your activity includes the receipt and clarification of a wide variety of questions, whereby they also communicate by e-mail
  • And finally, you are responsible for agreeing on installment payments, settlements and one-off payments

Your know-how

  • Completed commercial vocational training or comparable qualification with appropriate practical knowledge
  • Initial experience in the field of (telephone) receivables management is an advantage
  • Fun and joy of talking on the phone
  • Good linguistic expression, fluent in German
  • MS Office and general computer skills
