What you will learn with us

As an apprentice as an IT specialist, you will become an IT expert in the field of system integration in three years. We teach you business basics, knowledge of computer and digital technology as well as a lot of tangible IT know-how with the perfect mix of theory and practice.

Gradually take on administrative tasks, participate in the further development of our technical infrastructure and gain deep insights into the evaluation, optimisation and expansion of the system environment as well as the interfaces between the IT systems
Clear that you also acquire knowledge and practice about the management, configuration and maintenance of hardware workstation equipment and our telephone system, fax service and Microsoft Exchange Server
You also participate in the installation, configuration and maintenance of the application software, especially of common Microsoft operating systems and Office products as well as drivers, and manage the users and clients in Active Directory (AD)
Finally, during the training, you will learn how to analyse and troubleshoot hardware and software malfunctions, create and update system documentation and user aids, and test the self-developed back-office support system.

Good verbal and written expression skills
Previous knowledge of the Microsoft Office package is an advantage
Abitur or good middle school diploma
