Receivables manager can convince in both international tenders in succession:

atriga at ÜSTRA and Vattenfall successful.

Success all along the line: atriga’s receivables managers were able to win two open and unrestricted international tenders in a row. Particularly noteworthy: These are very different industries; with Vattenfall Europe Sales GmbH it is the fourth largest German energy supplier, and the Hannoversche Verkehrsbetriebe ÜSTRA is one of the largest German transport companies. The atriga GmbH from Langen prevailed in both tenders against well-known participating collection service providers and convinced once again with the overall concept ‘service instead of reminders’. Thanks to this innovative and service-oriented approach, atriga has succeeded in increasing the willingness of defaulting customers to pay, in some cases by more than 20 percentage points, compared with the usual approach to debt collection and receivables management.

Tender documents convince

Christoph Overmann, Head of Sales at atriga GmbH, is delighted: “We are particularly proud that the high quality of the tender documents submitted was highlighted during the on-site audit”. Christoph Ruoff, Managing Director of atriga GmbH, classifies the news of success for his company: “The leading IT solutions of our research and development department guarantee that we shape the future together with our clients ‘TOTAL DIGITAL’. Our comprehensive industry expertise and the customer-friendly approach ‘service instead of reminders’, which we have been implementing very successfully for many years, gives our clients the good feeling that their defaulting customers are in good hands with atriga. This combination has ensured that atriga has emerged successfully from the last two open and international tenders, in which all relevant service providers from the debt collection market naturally took part”.
