A working environment that evolves every day

“A good working atmosphere doesn’t happen at the push of a button. It is the result of an ongoing process, characterised by open communication, mutual appreciation and the ambition to improve together,‘ explains atriga Managing Director Christoph Ruoff and continues: ’We therefore scrutinise ourselves anew every day and try to establish a sustainable feedback culture. Because an attractive workplace needs honesty and commitment.”

For example, the internal feedback tool atriga INSIGHTS, a place for ideas, suggestions and criticism, was created with this in mind. Many of the offers and benefits that are visible today were developed on the basis of initiatives and suggestions from colleagues, including atriga TEAM Fitness, atriga TEAM Bike and new formats for personal dialogue.

The best ideas come from within the team

atriga favours participation: Numerous initiatives therefore originate directly from employees, implemented in close cooperation with the management: atriga INSIGHTS and atriga FORUM, for example, offer space for discussion, perspectives and joint further thinking. And atriga looks forward to all forms of dialogue. Because only where people talk to each other can solutions be found that work.

Flexibility, development, trust

Whether flexible working hours, home office models or individual development paths: the requirements for modern working are constantly changing. atriga sees these changes not as a burden, but as a task. The aim is to create suitable framework conditions for different phases of life and ways of working. With room for performance, but also for life.

We at atriga therefore see the fifth kununu award as an important signal and incentive, but by no means the end of the road.
