Focus Business:

atriga is TOP EMPLOYER MEDIUM-SIZED 2022

What actually determines a satisfied employee? An appropriate salary, an optimal working environment and a good work-life balance are now considered basic requirements. But a whole range of other factors play an important role in turning employees into convinced supporters. atriga, a pioneer in customer-friendly and digital receivables management, is obviously doing a lot right here, because Focus Business has again awarded the company the ‘TOP EMPLOYER MEDIUM-STAND’ seal this year. In January of last year, atriga already received the Focus award and now confirms its exceptional position as the most popular debt collection company in Germany among its employees: atriga once again occupies one of the leading positions in the Top Employers in Finance ranking – well ahead of all other market competitors.

An employee tells us about her work

Nazak Valaei is an account manager at atriga, where she looks after clients and takes on sales-supporting tasks. These are different areas of activity that require a whole range of skills, but also offer a lot of variety and bring new challenges every day. Nazak Valaei sums it up: “Here at atriga, we are simply a great team that sticks together and contributes ideas and initiatives to inspire our clients with unique results. We pull together and always question ourselves to see if we can do even better. That’s exactly why I love working at atriga.”

atriga managers support further training

There is no doubt about it: further training measures increase employee satisfaction. Nazak Valaei, for example, and two of her colleagues successfully completed the course on specialist knowledge at the Deutsche Inkasso Akademie (DIA) last year. She is now a ‘qualified person’ in the sense of the Legal Services Act (RDG). She was actively supported by her superiors, as she reports: “After my colleague had successfully completed the course, I also expressed the wish to participate. The approval came very quickly and I was then really motivated and actively supported by everyone. This gave me a lot of strength to successfully complete the demanding course.”

This is how FOCUS Business determines the top employers in the SME sector

Together with the employer rating platform Kununu and the research partner FactField, Focus Business has determined the 4,000 top employers in the German SME sector in 2022. For this purpose, more than 550,000 employee evaluations and 38,000 companies based in Germany were analysed. A large-scale survey among employees in Germany is the main component of the data collection starting this year. The survey was conducted via various channels in order to reach as many companies in Germany with at least eleven employees. The results of the survey were supplemented by existing online evaluations. Further details on the methodology of the survey can be found at: https://focusbusiness.de/arbeitgeber-mittelstand/methodik
