This is not only the result of all oral exams of this year’s atriga trainees, but also aptly describes the HR strategy of the receivables managers. Since the company was founded in 2003, atriga has been continuously training trainees and has received several awards from the Offenbach Chamber of Industry and Commerce. The same goes for the trainees, whose final grades are regularly among the best of the year. But that’s not all: this year, too, all trainees were taken on and are already working successfully in various departments. And there they often meet colleagues in leading positions who also started their careers as trainees. Thus, atriga is a prime example of medium-sized companies that specifically rely on their own junior staff and actively support their training and further education.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Quick decision after a trial day<\/strong><\/h4>\n

For example, 22-year-old Lea-Sophie Pleyer from Aschaffenburg was missing the practical relevance of her studies, which is why she was looking for an internship in the commercial sector. After a telephone interview with atriga trainers and a trial day at the company, she was accepted. Robin Mahnel, also from Aschaffenburg, was the same age. He also coped very well with the academic requirements, and both were able to complete the “exciting” examination at the IHK with top marks. Pleyer is now comprehensively supporting the specialist team in the processing of outstanding claims of an atriga client from the energy supply industry, while Mahnel is strengthening the atriga legal department. The two have a few useful tips for young people looking for a training position: “Inform yourself well about the company and the training. There’s no point in starting something you don’t enjoy,” says Lea-Sophie Pleyer. Robin Mahnel adds: “Try to be clear about what exactly you want to do. It’s better to look a little longer than to start the next best thing unhappily.”<\/p>\n

Individual support as a matter of the heart<\/strong><\/h4>\n

This is what the employees entrusted with training coordination at atriga say about this great success, who have been looking after the junior staff for many years: “We are proud of our great trainees and every year we look forward to welcoming new, committed young people whom we can accompany on their way into the working world. However, it is also very important to us to be always available to our trainees as a personal contact and to build up a genuine relationship of trust so that we can speak openly with each other even in difficult situations. At atriga we attach great importance to our trainees getting to know as many areas of the company as possible in the course of their training and gaining a deeper insight into the very different work areas and specialist fields of a receivables manager. This is the only way we can determine the individual skills of each trainee and ensure that they can tackle their first real job with us competently and with a lot of commitment and fun.”<\/p>\n

Education and training with a system<\/strong><\/h4>\n
