20 years atriga: Achieving more together

Let’s face it: most anniversary announcements are boring. They take a detailed, often tedious look at the company’s history – and then it’s back to business as usual. Here, too, it could be written how atriga, as a pioneer in customer-friendly and digital demand management, leads corporations and companies of all sizes and industries ‘TOTALLY DIGITAL’ into the 21st century, redefines customer centricity and regularly convinces clients in benchmarks.

Ultimately, however, it is the employees who have made atriga successful in the long term and in the long term – and who continue to do so every day. With their knowledge and skills, their commitment, their intuition and their loyalty, they have led atriga over the past 20 years to where it is today: at the top!

And this was duly celebrated at the end of June – with a raucous party at Hofgut Neuhof in Dreieich-Götzenhain, Hessen. Here, too, the focus was on the employees, because those who work hard are also allowed to celebrate. One thing became very clear to the invited guests, the atriga advisory board and the atriga partners: it is the cohesion, the common goal that makes atriga so successful.

It’s best to let the employees speak:

Georgia Alexiadou, Head of Contact Center Operation: “Our working atmosphere is pleasant, the cooperation is characterised by appreciation and respect. Even difficult challenges are mastered through good cooperation between employees and managers.”

Lasse Kühl, Head of Customer Care: “The feeling of being part of an unshakeable team that pulls together and supports each other with a lot of humour and has each other’s backs even in not-so-easy times is priceless.”

Nazak Valaei, Account Managerin: “Together we have mastered challenges, adapted to changes and reinvented ourselves again and again. Our company spirit is simply unshakeable! Our creativity, ambition and passion have made atriga what it is today – an unrivalled powerhouse in our industry.”

Özlem Zeqiraj, Head of Dunning: “The work at atriga is dynamic and always holds interesting challenges in store. It never gets boring here. The working atmosphere is very human, collegial and family-friendly. The interaction with colleagues is open and fair.“

Stefan Scheller, Head of IT-Development: “I hope that the next few years will remain varied and that atriga will continue to grow successfully.”

Michael Fait, Senior Key Account Manager: “In the past four years, during which I have been able to accompany the company, atriga has constantly developed and in some cases completely reinvented itself. Thank you for the trust and freedom, thank you for challenging projects and successes, thank you for the great people I have had the opportunity to meet – here’s to many more years together.”

Carsten Kohl, Assistant Head of Legal Services & Debt Collection: “The start-up from back then has grown up in the meantime – also thanks to many great colleagues. As a member of the atriga family, I am happy to have played a small part in this development.”

Syndikusanwalt Steffen Himer, Head of Legal Services & Debt Collection: “Thank you atriga for allowing me, as a lawyer, to accompany you on your journey for 18 years. Together we have very successfully mastered the increasing collection regulatory challenges, especially in recent years. Without losing sight of the company’s credo “Service instead of Reminders”.”

Daniela Langer, Communication designer: “For me, atriga has stood for authentic, tolerant, respectful, innovative, collaborative and attentive from the very beginning. Until today!”

Of course, we also asked the long-standing members of the atriga advisory board for a statement. They are the ones who unite science and practice and support atriga in further expanding its lead in the development of innovative solutions for digital research management:

Prof. Dr. Hans-Gert Penzel: “Receivables management has an ambivalent reputation. It is necessary to catch the bad guys, but it often burdens the good guys as well. After more than four years as an advisor, I can say: atriga does it better! The bad guys are filtered out. But the good ones are treated like appreciative customers, not like unwilling debtors.”

Harald Weber: “atriga is characterised by a modern, integrated IT system that is consistently oriented towards customer processes. The customer is always at the centre in the truest sense.”

Christoph Pfeifer: “Since I got to know atriga, the company has been like the small Gallic village that has managed to assert itself and its niche time and again with diligence, cunning and shrewdness in the overpowering market and competitive environment.”

No fete without a speech

The atriga founders and managing directors Christoph Ruoff and Oliver Burgis jointly gave an extremely humorous and pointed speech in which each department was duly acknowledged and celebrated by the colleagues with thunderous applause. In this context, the new atriga team programme was also presented, where employees can submit their wishes, suggestions and ideas anonymously via a web form. In addition, the new atriga Team Welcome Package with all kinds of useful accessories in the atriga design created a lot of excitement.

At the end of the official part, both long-serving and ‘fresh’ employees received one of the coveted certificates before the excellent buffet was opened, a magician performed his tricks and a quick-draw artist portrayed the guests in no time at all. Not to forget the rousing live music by ‘The Sound Section’, which kept the guests enthralled on the dance floor until late in the evening.
