your tasks

  • Observation and analysis of the market and competitors
  • Support of the sales department in the acquisition of new customers
  • Identification and verification of contact persons of potential leads
  • Scheduling and preparation of customer appointments
  • Participation in the preparation of calculations, presentations and proposals (in close cooperation with product development/planning/technology)
  • Data maintenance and execution of project work
  • Planning of trade fairs and industry events as well as collective participation
  • Creation of internal evaluations and statistics
  • Assistance of the back office by supporting clients

your requirements

  • Structured, independent and sales-oriented action
  • Self-motivation, assertiveness and binding appearance
  • Good verbal and written expression
  • Having fun to telephone, reliability
  • Experience in acquisition telephony
  • First experiences in customer service
  • Good knowledge around the Microsoft Office package
  • Good English skills are an advantage
