Your tasks

Whether it’s onboarding new customers or being the first point of contact for customer questions: as a Customer Care Manager, you are the central specialist contact for atriga customers and always have the right solution for their challenges relating to the use of innovative atriga services.

  • You are the central professional contact and partner for atriga customers (no call centre, no sales) and take care of their concerns.
  • You fulfil specific customer needs together with your colleagues and coordinate the procedure in the interest of the customer.
  • For you, keeping promises to atriga customers has the highest priority
  • As a team player, you like to share your experience and in turn benefit from the experience of colleagues from all departments
  • You look forward to the fact that no day is like the other and that you will continuously increase your expertise through the constant further development of atriga’s innovative solutions and sustainable further training

Your know-how

  • Completed commercial/technical vocational training or comparable qualification with corresponding practical knowledge in the customer care environment
  • High affinity for online media and new digital solutions as well as strong communication skills with high social competence
  • Very good written and spoken German, additional foreign language an advantage (but not a requirement)
  • MS Office and general IT skills
